Dr. Pennell was featured in a “pro/con” debate alongside William Wood from the School of Criminology and Criminal Justice at Griffith University in Australia. Dr. Pennell took the “pro” side, arguing in favor of restorative justice as an effective means of reducing incarceration rates in the United States.
